Trazo de Envero was born out of the passion for wine and the desire to make something unique and special, in order to find each of the nuances and achieve a wine with personality, a wine "a very ours wine".
Advised by the winemakers of the "MQV" winery, a winery in which we make our wine, respecting the wine tradition of the area and its autochthonous varieties. Winery located on the Ocaña plateau, the land of Castilla-La Mancha.
Our wines come from vineyards of organic and sustainable cultivation, harvested by hand and in boxes. Going through a pampered natural elaboration, until the optimum point for bottling is achieved.
These natural wines make each vintage unique, also taking into account other factors that characterize these autochthonous Cencibel and Malvar varieties, such as the altitude of 750m where they are found, the climate and the clay-calcareous soil that we can find.
The veraison is a very important moment in the vineyard, with a series of changes in the wine and into the grape that will be decisive for the cluster to mature and acquire the characteristics of it's variety.
With the veraison, characteristic traces of color appear on the vine, this process gives name to our wine.
